Losslessly editing this music video presented numerous challenges due to its dynamic frame rate. I ultimately ended up utilizing mkvmerge's splitting feature to get the parts of the video that I wanted, which preserved timing. Because of sub-optimal keyframe placement and because I could not infuse re-encoded frames, the beginning of the video isn't exactly where I wanted it. For Zoom Player users, I've included a cut scene file that will (usually) start playback at the desired frame. For reference, this is 1 second after the beginning of the video (according to the file generated by Zoom Player).
